ProLogix founder, Jason Edwards, began his studies on the drums at an early age. In 1992, Jason became a full-time instructor in which he focused closely on teaching the various hand techniques created by legendary educators such as Jim Chapin, Joe Morello, and Murray Spivack. Jason’s philosophy is the quality of technique succeeds any quantity of notes played.

In 1996 Jason noticed that most practice pads available were lacking in true feel and innovative design. He soon began designing and building pads at his parents’ kitchen table. Jason’s objective was to use quality materials and logical designs in creating a realistic product that represents the true feel of an acoustic drum.

In 2001 ProLogix Percussion was founded with the intention of designing the best feeling practice pad. Now, recognised as an industry leader with worldwide distribution, ProLogix has won the NAMM “Best in Show: Add-On or Accessory” award in 2013 and 2016. ProLogix Percussion has patented and brought to the market a full line of products for drummers of all styles and abilities to provide a productive and positive practice experience.
